Driver Problem came back

    Since we have no idea what make or model the PC is, there's not a lot I can suggest besides re-installing the driver. Even if I knew the make and model, I would still suggest that you go to the Vista version of Add/Remove Programs, uninstall the sound driver if it's listed, then install the chipset drivers for your PC/motherboard, then install the latest sound drivers for your motherboard. The screenshot shows that you have RealTek HD audio; you can download the driver from this link.
