Driver Updating.

hello.
I have had my laptop for about a year.
Is it absolutely critical that drivers are updated.?

I have had no issues with the computer yet so why would i need to update them.?

Hi

Wow great avatar as I have an Amiga 500 still in box.

But as TimW states drivers are not best to update unless you need too and NEVER use a driver updater app, rely on manual updates via the maker only, and main ones that update and I would update are Graphics and Network,

Im actually looking for another one with the 1084s monitor if possible.

agree 100%

never use those driver updaters as they grab newer drivers yes, but they may not necessarily be designed to work 100% with your computer

never update a driver unless you are facing an issue which you know the new driver will fix. otherwise, don't bother, they're not like windows updates or regular software updates
