I have a Sony PCG-K13 laptop. The drive for it is a QSI SBW242U CD-RW/DVD-ROM. Windows will not recognize the drive, and in device manager, it says I need to update the drive. According to the manufacturer's website, the device is "driverless". I checked Google and the only place I saw this problem was associated with Roxio. I did not install Roxio on the system.

    Thanks,
    Dan
