drivers for usb universal reader

Hi can any one help pls,

computer keeps stoping, no restart and I have to turn power of to get computer to start again. In event viewer, event properties, i go to microsoft help and I am told I need to get the latest drivers for usb universal reader lexar media, Inc. If some one could let me know were, why and how do I get them the help would be greatly appreciated. I have posted a problem in games of the same nature. I realy need some help.

Hi again, I looked at the links halo provided, however being new to computers I am not even sure if I have this reader or were to look for it in the box. help please as my computer constantly shuts down. Please help

 

Hi again, have just worked out I dont have a lexar universal reader. Just wondering why microsoft tells me this is the cause of all my problems?
