Drm-Removal Unlimited software

Hi, everyone. I've been using MG for a long time, and have sent a lot of my new to computer friends here for software. Now I need some help if anyone is familiar with this software.

A couple of weeks ago I downloaded a copy of Drm-Removal from here. It said that it could convert all my drm protected iTunes files to unprotected mp3's. I installed it on my laptop and it seemed to work ok, although it only converted about 30 seconds of each file to mp3. So I went ahead and bought a license for the unlimited version for $25. Well, to make a long story short, it refused to convert anything. I have the latest version of iTunes and Quicktime installed, and per their website I checked and the protected files did play in Quicktime. But after a day and a half of running I discovered that it had converted no files to mp3.

I've recieved one email from these people which basicaly just told me to make sure that I was logged into iTunes and that the files to be converted would play in Quicktime.

Has anyone else had any experience with this software? Any help would be appreciated cause otherwise I seem to be just screwed out of $25.

I'm glad I saw this warning before I ponied up for my own reg number. Wish I could help you, though... It's always sad to see someone have such a bad experience with a much-downloaded piece of shareware. Good luck solving the problem - and if you do, please do post here again!
