I did a full disk backup (image) of my C: drive yesterday. The result was a bunch of file in addition to the .dat and .xml files. These were placed in the same directory along with the dat and xml files and were numbered 001 to 033.
    What are they?
    Do I need them?
    Can I delete them?

Another question........ When I schedule daily backup does the current backup overwrite the previous one or do they become numbered sequentially?

I can't answer your first few questions. I use True Image and Ghost. I've never used Drive Image.
