Drupal & Dreamweaver

    I am not very experienced building websites. I like designing pages in Dreamweaver but I want to use Drupal for content management. Do you have to design the site in Drupal from the start or can you design it in Dreamweaver and incorporate drupal later? It may be a dumb question but I am just trying to figure out if I need to do something different when I design in Dreamweaver. Thanks!
