I have a customer who can't get to eBay. He can browse other sites. Just can't get there. It always redirects him. When he first called in, everytime he typed www.ebay.com in the address bar and pressed enter, he go this

Which was a byproduct of his "EXPIRED" avg antivirus program. He since has removed that. Now when he types www.ebay.com, then enter, it gives search results. eBay is in the search results, so he clicks on www.ebay.com, and now he gets,

It appears as if he has malware/spyware and is being redirected. Any thoughts?
