Dsklite Problem

    i just download Diskeeper Lite v7 from
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1207

    and i try to install it, but im getting this problem while installing

    "Error1402.Could not open key.
    UNKNOWN/DfrgSnapin.DfrgSnapin.1/CLSID. Verify that you have sufficient acces to that key,or contact your support personnel."

    how can i get off from this? how can install Dskpr lite V7?
