Dsl Connection Help

For some unexplainable reason my i cannot go throught the internet on one of my computers. The router is sending and says it has a good connection at 125mps. but i cannot go on any websites at all. All of my computer works except this one. I try repairing the connection but it says dns cache could not be cleaned or something. Can somebody tell me whats wrong?

 

Go to start, run, type "cmd", hit ok (no quotes).

In the black box that comes up, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (no quotes)

Do you get an error? If so, what is the exact error message?

 

it said cannot flush dns: failed during execution

Try this:
Start>Control Panel>Administrative Tools>Services
Scroll down to 'DNS Client' and make sure it's 'Started', 'Automatic' and not disabled.
If the service is Stopped or disabled there is no DNS cache to flush...hence the error.
