DSL help

well let me start by saying that i have ask u all a lot of questions in the past and have pretty much gotten the answer from u guys.
so im here again asking for help? it seems my dsl has slowed way down in the last few days and it seems to have gotten worse. my dsl should be like 750 dl and 250 up thats what my isp says it should be but when i goto a dsl testing server it shows my dl as 730 or so which is fine but my up is around 60 to 70 and i dont understand it so if any one knows anything i could do plz let me know or if theres a software out there that i can dl that will help or just might plz let me know ok

Well, I'd say your best bet would be to contact your ISP. Healthy amounts of complaints about poor service, knowledge of alternate ISPs, and threats to change providers to get what you're paying for tend to get the job done.

 

one other thing i was saw was that my dsl modem was showing activite going on as if my comp was sending and reciving info is there a way to tell if someone or something is taking up my bandwith or am i just thinking in to it to much

 

For your download, that seems fine, not everything is going to be the same result every time, and it sure as hell isnt THAT stable, as for your upload...I woudnt know, nor would anyone else, considering we dont know any information, and neither do you, so your best bet is calling your ISP
