DSL Modem Cord

    Is the cord from the phone jack to my DSL modem (Westell modem made special for Bellsouth) a regular phone cord or is it a special cord? If it is a special cord where can I order a longer cord? Thanks

    its a regular phone cord, but chaims post has a better one to use.

    chaimjm might be better one to use if you have a very long run.

    For few feet it does not make a difference what so ever.
