DSL Problem, please help!

Please note, I have no idea what I am doing when it comes to "tech" stuff.
I hope someone can help!

Anyway, I signed up with a DSL company for my internet, TV and phone.
I am sort of stuck with them.

Previous to that, I had cable.

I also signed up for a foreign TV Service, which runs off of my internet connection. It came with it's own box and connects somehow to my modem feeding the internet connection.

I did this with only one TV. My other TV's have Satellite.

I realize now that with DSL internet my foreign TV service runs poorly, like a video that doesn't load. It cuts off and sometimes looses sound.

I already have the highest speed possible for DSL internet for where I live.
Is there anything I can do or buy to JUST somehow make the foreign tv box and my DSL internet connection run faster or better?

PS: My foreign tv box thing is from Motorola

 

you should connect to your ISP and ask them for support,
they can give you the best solution because they have all the data about your connection.

you need to check how much speed you get from them and then check on a "speed test" sites if you got the same speed you are paying for (only on wired, no on wireless connection).
if not - you got prove (take screen shot and send them, its work sometimes).

some ISP take more money for supporting privet networks, so take that in mind.

by the way, what is your highest speed in your area?
