DST(Daylight Savings Time

    I have windows 2000 OS on my PC. Should I be worry about DST(Daylight Savings Time Changes)
    Also I have windows NT 4.00 OS on the server
    . How to update or download fix for both of them.

    Windows 2000 and nt aren't mobile devices. Last time i heard microsoft is charing a large sum of money for those patches, not offering them free for older os's, i could be wrong, but thats what i heard last.

    As a last option, manually change the time by going to

    Start-->Control Panel--->Date and Time? :D

    Looks like MS's free tzedit might work for you. However tzedit will not change Outlook. I believe they have the links for every thing you might need concerning DST as well as instructions.
