dtxstystrey and not enough memory errors

Hi all. I am having a problem with a computer at work. My boss's computer would not let him sign in to our dental program. So I tried deleting all history, basic stuff. But when hitting the start button, it would flash and disappear.
I ended up doing a hard boot and the screen stayed blue. After 30 mins of it uploading the icons, I was able to get it in. Is something going to happen to his computer again? The error read...dtxsystrey and the other was not enough memory.

What operating system is it and what's the name of the dental program?
How much memory is in the machine?
the "not enough memory" error message has been known to occur when the issue has nothing to do with memory.

turns up nothing but dtx systray turns up items. Is there a Desktop X theme installed?
If so, the dtx systray icon allows you to change things and maybe that's why you saw the error and it took 30 minutes to load - the theme is corrupt.
Turn the theme off and use one of windows basic themes and see if the problems/errors go away.
