dual boot issue with XP and 98

I have a computer with dual boot xp/98. The OS's are on different hard drives. everything worked fine until I added a multi-function panel. The panel rearranged my DLA's. Now the computer does not have the dual boot option. It will only go straight into XP or, if I change the master/slave configuration it will go straight into 98 but I no longer have the dual boot option. Any suggestions on how to get it back?

I changed the drives letters back (d drive is 98) but I stiill can't get dual boot.

 

This thread deals with your problem but if you have more than one partition per disk the exact line you would be adding may be different.
