    Hello Major Geeks.Com,

I just ordered parts to repair my Home PC (my HDD crashed hard >< over 50gigs worth of bad sectors on an 80 Gig HDD) and I ordered a copy of Linspire 5.0 OEM to try out since it was only $19.99USD, my preoblem is I barely know how to Dual-Boot Windows XP and Windows 98 ><. Please if there is anything you can do to help me figure it out I would greatly Appreciate it.

Here are my comp's spec's (to the best of my knowledge)

    Motherboard: Unknown
Processor: AMD Athlon XP 2200+ (might be higher shooting low cause I have a 2500+ in other comp @_@)
RAM: 512 DDR (I believe because Win XP runs realsmooth so I doubt its 256)
Vid Card: ATI Radeon 9200? (it has 128 megs of Video RAM)
Sound Card: Onboard DirectX 9.0 Compatible
    HDD: 2x 300GB Seagate 7200rpm ATA
DVD: Sony DVD Dual Layer Burner
    Net: 10/100 Ethernet

Thats about all I remember ;.; sorry I can't tell you more.

Please if you have any clues tell me, I'd really appreciate it.

    Thanks for your time,
    Xninaki A.K.A. ~X~

You can install 3 operating systems, or more, as long as you have the partitions. Theres no overly simplistic way to do it, though you can typically pcreate partitons and set boot order through most linux distros. My preference is to use Partition Magic to create my partitions, then use a boot manager. I always liked OSL:

As a side note, I always found I liked a certain type of Linux, you might just go slow, do one install via the Linux installer to partition and boot, then try others if you dont like it.

Thanks Major Attitude, That'll probably do the trick ^^. Oh on another note is it possible to run a Mac OS like OS X Tiger on a standard PC or do you need a Mac system?

I only want to add you ought to install Windows 98 first, then Windows XP and Linux system only after it. Otherwise you may have problems with system loaders during booting.
