What is the difference between the two. I do plan on overclocking my new system so which one would be better to get.

btw I plan on getting DDR 3200 of which every one would be best for me.

A pair of rams is better than 2 sticks of rams, one of these kind with one others, they supports at the same CAS and You can OC and get faster than normal . :D
I remmber if it is not wrong mobo support dual ram it will be faster from 15-20% than unsupported mobo.
at amoment I OCed my pair of Gskill from PC4400@ PC5400.

So would you say that I need to get overclocking dual channel or just the normal dual channel? Here is the motherboard.

    Thanks in advance.
