Here is my belarc advisor report (uploaded)

I do not have a clue what motherboard I have and if it allows dual channel memory. As I don't have a gaming PC (an HP m377n) I'm guessing that my mobo doesn't support dual channel. Can someone please tell me whether or not I can support dual channel PC3200 memory?

If not, what do you recommend?

That info is not telling you what model your motherboard is. However, it looks like your processor is a 2.60 Ghz P4 running at 400Mhz front side bus. This means that it is running a 100Mhz base clock. (PC2100 RAM) You would be able to use PC3200 RAM, but it will clock down to PC2100 speeds. As for running dual channel, you can't tell unless you can find the model of the motherboard. If you download Everest or Aida32 it will tell you.

If you are looking to play games better, I would recommend waiting until you can afford to upgrade the motherboard, RAM, and CPU at the same time. Since it's an HP, you also may need a new case and power supply also.

I went ahead and looked up your motherboard on HP's website:

It looks like you can use dual channel memory and the motherboard supports up to PC3200. A nice upgrade would be to a Pentium 4 3.0 Ghz processor (800 Mhz front side bus) with 1Gb of PC3200 RAM.

    For example:

    and

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820145450

However, if it were me, I would still wait and upgrade the motherboard, processor, RAM and case/PSU all at the same time.

Is my exact motherboard. I was confused for a bit because there was two with the exact same name, but the picture showed that one of them had a big white chunk going parallel and the other one went diagonally with the rest of the board. Mine is the one that goes parallel so I figured that must be it.

Oh and I'm sure I have 800 mhz fsb, I checked before I bought the computer 2 years ago.

EDIT: How would I find out my FSB with aida 32?
