dual core E2160 1.80ghz 2gb ram

Please tell me the necessary overclocking for dual core E2160 1.80ghz 2gb ram.

Its an old machine but does wonders for me..

I am on windows 7 (without graphics)

 

Welcome to the forum We couldn't start guessing what it would take to overclock your CPU and how much it could be overclocked if at all.

Each computer is different,it depends on your cooling,power supply,the version of your cpu,the quality of your CPU,the quality of your memory and most importantly the quality of your motherboard and whether it has overclocking features or clocks that can be accessed.

If after reading you wish to go ahead and attempt an overclock and would like some help you will need to supply more information about your computer,as much as possible most importantly the make of the motherboard and the model of computer if its a pre built.

Ultimately overclocking is something you have to do in baby steps while understanding exactly what it is your doing,if we just guess what numbers you should punch in from here without any of the precursors we would most likely damage the computer that has served you so well
