    Hello!

I have a client in a restaurant, that uses our business intelligence software. All of our products are set up like this, so I know that they usually work, but I'm having a specific issue with this one.

One regular monitor is plugged directly into the Onboard Video Card (Showing up as 2 in Display Settings)

In the PCI Slot, there is an ATI FireMV 2200 Dual Head Video Card 64MB. Coming from that is a molex DVI Splitter, with each end connected to a VGA > DVI adapter, and then connected to the video cables from two touch screen monitors which run along 50' VGA Cables to their kitchen and plug into the monitors.

So the Windows Display settings read like this - Attached Monitor 2, Attached Monitor 1, Attached Monitor 4, Unattached Monitor 3.

The thing is, the monitor 4 is just blank. If I disable it in display settings, it produces a "No Video Input" signal. If I re-attach the monitor, it flashes "welcome," and goes back to being blank.

Device manager confirms that both monitors are plugged in, primary and secondary on the ATI Card are working, and the ATI Control Panel confirms that it has two monitors attached.

Any advice on this? Could a bad dual head video card malfunction such that it won't push a signal to only one of the monitors, or can it not "break" like that?

Something to consider, both kitchen monitors are brand new, and the molex splitter is also brand new. Video card has been reseated as well, twice.

Any advice would be appreciated, this problem has been driving me nuts for days.

If you have an add on graphics card plugged in the onboard should not work if thats the issue ... ?
