duplicate files

    i have lots of duplicate files on my computer with all the backimg up and doubling upo over the years and i wouyld like to transfer just one of each file to my new computer can anyone help?

    Someone sent me a link to this program
    http://www.bigbangenterprises.de/en/doublekiller/ which was mentioned in an April issue of a computer magazine.
    I've never used it so I do not know how good it is. I'd advise you to back up your information before you try this just in case it removes some files that you need.
