   hi i am new here but have a good question! i wanted to download free software the i ca n use to RIP my dvd and bluray collection to my computers hard drive .. then transfer these movies to an external hard drive so i can use that to put next to my tv and plug in to have all my dvds in one place! anyone give me a suggestion! and is a ripper all i need? :confused

   I've used WinX DVD in the past but none of the other three. Since I save as avi files and that has been removed, I guess I won't be using the latest version of WinX DVD.
