At the driver page and choose your Windows version (BTW what Windows version are you using) and download and install the Chipset driver and reboot, crucial to reboot and then re-look in device manager and do you have any yellow ! devices listed?

If you have issues downloading form Dell, try a different browser as sometimes an addon may block the download, the file should be really easy to grab as its only 2MB in size. One thing to bare in mind is if your drive is not experiencing any issues, flashing the firmware as thats what this update is may cause the drive to fail, if you loose power, random bad flash, so only flash the firmware if the drive is having problems.

Has the drive completely stopped working? as it maybe dead, I would check cables are ok, and do the above with chipset driver, then possible issue is the upper and lower filters and this will help HERE
