DVD Burners

    Lately, whenever I put a blank dvd into either one of my dvd burners, Ricoh MP5240A and NEC ND-3540A, all they show is a blank CD. I have been trying to burn a 3.13 gb file of family photos and it won't recognize the blank dvd.

    what format is the disc? and what program are you using to burn with?

    The disc is +r and I'm using Nero ultra 6. I have also attempted to just copy them using Windows, but it only sees the disc as a blank cd.
