   hi,My dvd/cd drive will not read any disc,s that i put into the player? i have no idea what i have done..HELP

   We reallly need some more info: OS and service pack#, hardware specs, etc...
   
   Can you boot to a bootable disk, such as your Windows disk? If not, the drive is probably gone...if it will boot, then something else is going on - one quickie would be to download and run Microsoft's DVD Fix...
