DvD cd-rom identifier

ok i have a dvd-rom and i dont know if its + or - r/rw ... is there a program that tells you what type you have ...i tried to look on windows hardware but it just says dvd r/rw and thats it ...so if anyone knows of any program plz let me know

Do a search for DVD Indentifier or DVDInfoPro? Go to www.videohelp.com, you may be able to find them there. Also home pages:

Wicked get Everest Home Edition.... click Storage > Optical Drives and that will tell you the maker and model number > then goto makers site and locate the model drive you have and their will be a specs sheet which will tell you wether its a + or - or both!
