DVD coder?

    I am having trouble with playing dvd movies on interactual player. I used to have Leadtek 4600 which comes with winfast dvd, and was able to view movies on interactual player with winfast installed. Now I have ATI 9800pro, and I dont know where to get dvd program for this card. When I play interactual player, it said error, playback failed due to a problem with video subsystem. I tried to look around to resolve this. can anyone direct me link to ati dvd program that has coder or microsoft for simple download. I am using monitor to view dvd.
