DVD Drive not recognized under Vista

    Hey guys,

    I have a LiteOn SHM-165H6S DVD RW drive and it worked fine under XP. Since I installed Vista it has had a huge problem recognizing CD's. It won't acknowledge any blank discs for burning (going on a road trip and I can't make my mix CD now :( ) and even brand new out of the box game cd's are giving disc read errors. I just downloaded the latest firmware from liteon's website. Is there somewhere else I can go to try and fix this?
