dvd drives

    Hi, I have 2 dvd drives which do not read dvd's... My third dvd drive works so I assume something is wrong with both of the others..

    I want some advice on anyways to fix this

    both of the drives are oblivious to discs they make noises and spin the discs but nothing comes out of it as if there was no disc in there, please can you give me some ideas

    Just for now I only want to test one, the model number/name of it is:

    HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE-8420B
