dvd failure

    I'm running a "HP Pavillion 8110us" and upgraded to Win7 (ultimate) OS.
    System came with a Pioneer dvdrw. that only recognizes mp3 files.....doesnt see video for some unknown reason?

    Anyone out there got any ideas for a fix....it woul be greatly appreciated:)
