DVD+ or DVD-?

    I am having trouble finding out whether my new DVD burner needs DVD+ or DVD- dvds. My internet searches have left me rather empty-handed. I was wondering if anyone knows any magical ways to find out.

    My DVD burner is an HL-DT-ST DVD-RW GWA-4082N
