DVD+R Data Recovery

I need a program to recover data (Photos + other) from a DVD + R.
I have tried a number of programs but nothing seems to work, they all say that no data exists. I do know that the data is there, you can see that the DVD has been written.
Can anyone help?

 

Easy way is with Minitools Power data Recovery. Version 6.6 lets you recover up to 1GB of data for free. Version 6.5 would let you recover all data for free so see if you can find that version with Google.

Harder way is with PhotoRec.

Hello and thanks for the reply. Unfortunately neither of the programs you suggested has worked.
One shows things there but not the files I need. The files are in RAW format and .jpg as well as others. Again they are photos, and the files are very large at least 23 meg each.
The other program (and everything else I have tried) do not even show that the DVD has info or is even in the Drive?
Yet, I do know that the material is on the DVD & it looks like it has been written with material.:cry
Do you have any other suggestions or company names that specialize in retrieval of information?
