DVD Regional Setting

I remember reading somewhere that there is a free piece of software which will automatically set your computer DVD region to match the DVD which is to be played. The software overcame the necessity to reset the system after a specified number of region changes.

Unfortunately I cant remember where this software could be found. Does anyone know of this software and if so where I can get a copy?

My OS is Windows XP Pro

The only way you'll get around it is to get an RPC1 (region free) drive or flash modified firmware that will remove the RPC restrictions-I've checked. More info: http://forum.rpc1.org/portal.php

I know someone who was recently asking about any freeware versions of this type of software but had to be compatible w/ Win ME and Cinemaster.
