   Running Vista Home Premium. Can no longer use DVD Drive. Try to install drive but get an error saying information in Registry may be incomplete or missing. (Code 19)
   How can I fix Registry without reloading Vista. Uninstalling drive and doing a reinstall of drive doesn't correct proplem.

   Although the heading says code 31, the third error is code 19 so this also applies to you BUT it only lists XP and you are running Vista
