dvd shrink

i have used dvdshrink for past 3 years and have never had any problems until last month it hasnt been working properly, firstly i open disc and then wen i press on backup it shuts the program down. i have uninstalled and reinstalled but it still does the same thing. was just wondering if anyone has same problem or if anyone knows how i could fix it.

 

have you tried using dvd decrypter (from Doom9 also) and then using dvd shrink and burning from the file rather than directly from disc?

 

thank u i have just downloaded a dvd decrypter but the dvd shrink still shuts down when i press backup.

 

this is probably not the case but do you have enough hard disc space left to backup?. Maybe delete old file before starting dvd shrink?

 

have got heaps of space. i think i can use the dvd decrypter with nero so i might just give up on dvd shrink for the time being. thanks for your help.

 

I'm having the same problems. Been using DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink for a few years now and suddenly they don't work. Possibly the Sony bug?

as far as i know the programmer has stopped updating shrink he has moved to nero now. sad to say.
