dvd to ipod

    Changing a couple dvd's to mp4 format for ipod. Using CloneDVD Mobile and Anydvd a good bit. Anyone heard of a fix for following error:

    Creation of DVD files not successful

    The pipe has ended
    The output drive may be full or defective
    Please select another drive to write to and try again.

    I have tried their forums and support, and searched the web to no avial
