    False Positive is what you got. Everything hosted in the download repositories here at Majorgeeks is checked. As for dvdshrink's direct link, again it is not ridden of viri, so stop spreading this as something that is not.

    One out of 45 different scans is hardly virus ridden. Had multiple scanners detected a virus, that would be cause for concern. Sometimes antivirus programs misidentify a legitimate program as malware. This is called a false positive. There have been cases in which AV software have falsely identified critical Windows files as malware and crippled millions of computers. While AV programs are a vital tool, they are not perfect.

    brownizs's I'm a born pedant and seeing as how "virus" is not a Latin word the plural is "viruses" not "virii" (no such word).
