DXDiag Blue Screen

    Hello,

    I just replace a motherboard in a PC. Quick specs:

    Windows XP MCE
    2GB DDR2
    Athlon II
    MSI MB / ATI Radeon 2100 onboard graphics.

    All seemed to be running stable until I tried to run Burn In Test. I would get a BSOD (stop error) every time I opened the program. I couldn't recreated the problem anywhere else. I know Burn In Test uses Direct X so I tried to run DXDiag and boom BSOD. I get this every time I run DXDiag. It gets to the point where it ask if you want to test Direct Play and then it Blue Screens.

    Any ideas?

    Have you fully updated Windows and all hardware drivers yet?
