Not sure how to post a new question, so I am piggy backing on this one. Sorry.
My Emachines T3065 (Win 7) has been off for about 3 months; worked fine then.
I turn it on and it jus , well sits there, of course. Nothing happens. The monitor shows just the large E symbol for Emachines but that is it. I've tried turning on and off with/without Control-Alt-Delete depressed, still nothing but Emachines logo on screen.
Is my operating system corrupted, gone??? Please anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks.

That said I would try and work out how to open the Bios. Just to make sure the Hard drive is high on the Boot order...
