e mail help

When I had outlook express I would go into my adress book and highlight all and print and it would print everyones e mail adress on one page.

But when I do this in thunderbird it prints one e mail adress on one page and then prints another e mail adress on another page and so on.
How can I put all adresses on one page or 2. pageses?

I suggest Exporting your thunderbird address book to one of the 3 file formats allowed by thunderbird and then open that file in another program. For example, if you export to a CSV file or Comma Delimited file, you could then open that with a spreadsheet program.

 

I just was at the website Link you gave me for Print Tools for Thunderbird.

I did not see the Download Link for it is it a Plugin?

The easiest way is Tools > Add Ons and type Printing Tools in the Search box

 

I have Thunderbird 5.0 and it does not look the same.

I go to Tools and then Ad Ons and a window opens.

With diferant things like Aplications.
Text Polit.
And things like this.

But you can not click on any of them.

 

Isn't there a search field, maybe has a magnifying glass icon?

 

Sorry but I have the file and I got Thunderbird to install it and it is all good.

But one thing you say maybe this will help me print my adress book and have all adress on one page.

It was only suggested by Nick T that you check if it helps - he didn't say it definitely would. It's up to you to study its features and options.
