e mail problems

A friend told me that the emails i have been forwarding to him are getting to him in html code. pics and text. i am using outlook exp (i think) and my connection is comcast cable. also many emails i recieve with graphics or pics are not showing them. can anyone help ??

 

Outlook isn't the best for HTML mail. I use it, but found that sometimes I can't see things in my mail. Try going directly to you ISP's site and accessing your mail from there. You should be able to read the HTML mail through your internet browser.

 

Try this

Open Outlook then click TOOLS>OPTIONS>READ then uncheck "Read messages in plain text"
