earthlink mailbox crashing

Hey guys,

it's been a while since I was here.
I am having a problem with my earthlink mailbox opening. I had let my norton subscription run out for a while and after I updated it I did a scan and I also did a scan with spysubtract. It was after this that I started having trouble with earthlink mailbox opening. It crashes when opening. I went back to spysubtract and restored what I had removed but this did not help.
its a new hp pc with xp.

Any ideas?

Are you trying to access the mailbox through Earthlink's Web portal, or using a software program to retrieve your email? Your post was vague in how you are getting a system crash.

 

Sorry about that.
I can access the mail through the web but my earthlink mailbox on my pc is crashing when I try to open it.
