Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 when moving files

Whever I move or copy files on my computer, Windows pops up a thing trying to install Easy CD and DVD Creator 6(something I already have, and have had for years, it's made by Roxio). My computer has been the same for a long time, I haven't done anything new in a long to it. Nothing has changed as far as I know. But yesterday, this strange problem began occurring. Oh, it also bears mentioning that moving files to the My Documents folder does not cause this to occur. Moving files out of My Documents, however, does cause it to happen. Any idea wtf is up? xD

 

Is it the Windows Installer that pops up? If it is use the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility.
