Easy Cleaner Question

    I just recently started using EasyCleaner 2.0. I ran the start up program on EasyCleaner and quite a few entires came up and each was marked yellow or green. Can these entries be deleted? According to their color, green files do not exist and yellow files are suspicious? Are these safe to delete? One of the entires that appears is Windows Operation System (actually it appears 5 times).
