Ebay Help

    My Sister Ordered something from EBay and it was New and never came.

    I was going to Call EBay for Her I have Her E Mail and Her Phone Number.
    I can give Her Street Adress if I have to.

    I got the EBay Phone Number from Google and Called it.
    I Press Key 2. for Buyer.
    They Say to go to EBay WebSite to get help.

    I do not see anything for E Mailing Customer Support.
    Can anybody help me?

    She dose not have an EBay Account.
