Ebay problem

I have been trying to order a small item on ebay but it insists on adding ad unwanted item to my order - I have tried a number of times and it just keeps adding items on (see below). I tried their support site but just tick boxes and no way of explaing and no obvious means of contacting their admin. Suggestions please.
