ECC or no-ECC

    Can we combine both?
    Is both good?

    ECC might be more expensive, because of the feature it has.
    It will also be slightly slower than non-ECC.
    You will likely not find good reason for it either, since I assume this is for personal use. Buy Non-ECC.
