ECS KT600-A no video, no bios!

I just built a computer, using all new parts. ECS KT600-A motherboard, AMD Sempron 2400, Ultra pc 3200 512mb ram, Rosewill Radeon 9200 video card, sony 52x...cd-rw, Hitachi 80gb SATA drive, windows xp home sp2.

I cannot get any video! The m/b does not have onboard video. I installed windows xp on the hard drive in my other computer, and tested the video card there as well, and the ram. From some other sites, I see this is a common problem. I haven't found an answer though! Can anyone help? What do I need to do to get video and then configure the bios? I checked all the cables, jumpers are set to normal and not clear cmos..
