ECS P4M800-PRO and Intel E6300 conroe

I just finished the overclocker guide by ACE256 and I am very excited about the prospect of getting more speed out of my current setup. I bought my RAM (2x1 DDR2 800MHz) with this in mind. I would like to know if there are any MGs that have had experience (overclocking) with this setup and what exactly they did. I was going to upgrade to the quad core and a mod of this nature would, (hopefully) satisfy my need for speed until my resources permit an upgrade. I will post all benchmarks and results I obtain for those who follow.
